From design through to development and production, Fablink offers an extensive range of services, with sites in County Durham, Luton, Northamptonshire, and the West Midlands totalling over 440,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space with a collective workforce of over 600 professionals. Dedicated CI resources at each of the sites ensure process improvement is an integral part of the company’s approach.

Detailed parts & pressings

Through our significant range of CNC profiling machines (2D & 3D laser, punch press & HD plasma), CNC press brakes & power presses, Fablink produces over 10 million parts per year.

Fuel & Hydraulic Tanks

Fablink supply fuel & hydraulic tanks to a painted & fully assembled condition to our OEM customers.

Operator Cab Assemblies

From ROP structures / canopies through to fully assembled cab assemblies (e-coat / painted / glazed / trim). Fablink currently supply over 10,000 cabs per annum to our OEM customer base.

Complex Structures

Working in aluminium, stainless steel & steel, Fablink supply a significant range of welded products (MIG/TIG/SPOT), bonded structures & clean build assemblies.

E-Coat/Paint

Significant painting capability - ability to shotblast / e-coat / top coat (powder or wet) product up to 7.5m x 2.5m x 2.0m.
