    Project Manager - Fablink Technologies based in Brixworth, Northampton

    Position Title Project Manager

    About the Role

    • Responsible for planning and execution of key projects within the Fablink Technologies group.

    • Responsible for coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.

    • Oversee all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects.

    • Work with the finance and purchasing teams to monitor project costs.

    • Engage with customer directly as part of the information sharing activity.


    Key Responsibilities

    • Development and maintenance of project schedule & action plans.

    • Establishment of project milestones & deadlines and focal point for reporting progress against the agreed targets.

    • Monitoring project costs against agreed budgets.

    • Establishment of project RASIC & identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience, and strengths of team members.

    • Compiling and submitting project status reports to customers, management, and other stakeholders.

    • Working effectively with relevant stakeholders for efficient project implementation.

    • Developing excellent leadership, customer relations and communication skills to liaise effectively with all project stakeholders.


    Key Competencies


    Essential:

    • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships and network at all levels.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    • Determination to consistently strive for excellence and quality.

    • Collaborative and proactive approach to sharing ideas for improvement.

    • Knowledge/Use of Microsoft products (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Word).

    • Strong organizational and analytical skill with ability to manage multiple projects with adaptability and efficiency.

    • 2 years minimum experience project managing small to medium scale projects.

    • Full UK driving license.


    Desirable:

    • Experience working with projects relating to fabricated steel and aluminium structures.

    • Ability to read engineering drawings & familiarity with CAD.

    • Experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.

    • Awareness of quality systems and processes with respect to issue resolution.
